During this pool clinic the goal is to have you gain more confidence in edging your kayak as you learn the theory and practice using your body, boat and blade. And as you start to “trust your paddle” with bracing, this will reduce your chances of capsizing.

We will assume that you are comfortable doing a wet exit and being assisted with re-entry, as when we push the envelope when practicing, sometimes we will capsize.
