Plan A:
Paddle out of Telegraph Cove and poke along the shoreline towards Glencoe Cove and Gordon Point watching for seals and seabirds along the way, passing some interesting sea-caves. A brief rest stop at Glencoe Cove Park before noodling our way back to Telegraph cove. Current shouldn't be an issue with only a slight flood / ebb predicted for Baynes Channel (as measured at Race Rocks 0.2 kts flood at 1013hrs and max ebb of 2.6 kts at 1458hrs ...Baynes Channel runs about 75% of Race Rocks current). No washroom facilities at Telegraph Cove or Glencoe Cove. Anyone with questions please contact the Paddle Leader.
Plan B:
TBA - a favourable wind forecast will determine if this paddle goes out as planned or if an alternative site is chosen (e.g. Brentwood Bay to Tod Inlet).
