Plan A:
This is a really wonderful one way paddle. We will launch at the Maple Bay Rowing Club beach after shuttling as many cars as possible to Genoa Bay. Our route follows the shoreline down through Sansum Narrows. It’s a nearly wild experience. I have experienced orcas playing and hunting at the narrows, loads of intertidal life, and the usual seals and sea lions. Our debrief will be back at the local in Maple Bay. The shuttle takes about 20 minutes either way, so please aim to be at the launch around 9:00.
