The high tide should permit access into the lagoon and spectacular Sitting Lady Falls. Meet at Albert Head Lagoon Regional Park (the foot of Delgada Rd) parking lot at 9:30 to be on the water for 10:00 am. We'll launch and head along the shoreline toward Witty's Lagoon. There is wonderful potential for a bit of 'West Coast feel' wave action and some rock gardening if you so choose. If you intend to play in the rocks on our journey you MUST wear a helmet. Lunch will be outside the lagoon after viewing Sitting Lady Falls (where there are picnic tables and toilets.) After lunch, we will paddle around the Haystock Islets and return to Albert Head along the shore.

With winter weather and the exposed coastline around Albert Head, please dress appropriately - immersion gear (drysuit or wetsuit) is mandatory for this paddle. If you have any questions about the requirements or skill level for this paddle, please reach out to me directly.
