Who:

Details:
Our leader will introduce the Plan and make sure everyone is comfortable with the requirements and any concerns that you may have. Please stay off the water until we are all ready. The leader may choose to enlist helpers and establish communications protocol. If you have VHF radio please bring it with you.
Plan A:
This is a relaxed paddle and does not cross Saanich Inlet to Bamberton. Depending on the appetite and energy of the group we can check out the marinas by following the shoreline, or cross directly to Willis Point and follow the shoreline to McKenzie Bight, where there is an easy landing and a pit toilet. We will return the way we came. Debrief at the Brentwood Inn.
Plan B:
The planned route is through Squally Reach, which is known for active water on a southwesterly wind. If that is the case, we will do a thorough exploration of the marinas and Tod Inlet and out to Willis Point and back. Going in a northerly direction as an add on could also be a possibility. As this is a relaxed paddle, nothing heroic will be attempted.
