Details:
We’ll explore the Greenland stroke. The power of the stroke doesn't work against the water. It comes from your core and radiates outward, through your arms, to the paddle. Not much movement. But a lot of power is flowing through you during your stroke.

Cost:
The cost of this On Water Clinicis $80
Note: Refunds for cancellations (minus bank fees) will be permitted until 2 weeks in advance of a paid workshop, clinic, or course. Within 2 weeks of such an event, refunds for cancellations will only be provided if another member registers and pays for the spot vacated.
