Open your Paddler Profile

Your Paddler Profile is your home base: what you have coming up, what you have done, and what the club has on file for you. Choose Paddler Profile in the menu.

What is coming up

  1. Upcoming registrations lists every paddle, clinic or workshop you have asked to join, with where you stand (pending, registered, waitlisted). Select one to open it.
  2. If you lead or help on activities, Upcoming staff roles lists the paddles you are leading and the clinics you are helping with. This section only appears when you have one.

What you have done

  1. The row at the top counts Paddles attended, Activities staffed and Clinics & workshops attended, and shows your Last paddle.
  2. The Activity log lists your past activities grouped by season, newest first. Use the buttons All activities, Paddles, Staff roles, Clinics and Workshops to narrow it. Choose Load remaining at the bottom to see the older ones.
  3. Paddled with shows the leaders you have paddled with most, with a count beside each name.

Household and credentials

  • Household lists the people on your membership, and the family member you are viewing is marked.
  • Credentials shows your Paddle level (and certification), any Instructor level, whether your Waiver is on file, and your VHF Radio Operator Certificate (ROC) and First Aid.

Change your paddling level

Your level shows on your profile and in the member directory that leaders use. You can update it yourself when you have improved or earned a certification.

  1. Choose your name at the top of the page, then My Account, then Waivers & Credentials.
  2. Under Paddling set your Paddling level and certification, and tick VHF Radio Operator Certificate (ROC) or First Aid certification if they apply.
  3. Choose Save qualifications. Your Paddler Profile shows the new level straight away.

Someone else can update it too

Paddle leaders and instructors can update a paddler’s level or certification from the member directory after a clinic or a paddle, so your profile may change without you touching it.
