Plan A:
Spring is Here! Time to seek out the wildflowers on the shores and islets of Saanich Inlet.

We'll launch from the parkside beach located just south of the Brentwood Bay ferry terminal.
There are washrooms located next to the small parking lot at the park.
Please unload and move your vehicle a bit further away so as not to impede other park users or the ferry lineup.
We'll make the short crossing to Willis Point and handrail along the east shore of Saanich Inlet to reach our lunch stop at Mackenzie Bight.
Reversing course, we'll paddle back to Brentwood Bay, with a short excursion into Todd Inlet if energy levels permit. This is an all paddlers or no paddlers decision.

Plan B:
If wind dictates, we may decamp for a launch at Telegraph Bay (locals call it Telegraph Cove, but that cove is located on northern Vancouver Island...just sayin') From Telegraph Cove, we'll handrail the Gordon Head shore towards Mt Douglas, with a lunch stop at either Glencoe Cove or Margaret Bay. At Margaret Bay, see if you can find the saltwater swimming pool, once a part of the Strangewood Estate.
