Pay for a clinic or workshop
Where to send the e-transfer, what to put in the message, and how to see that your payment was received.
Register first, then pay
Clinics, courses and some workshops have a fee. You ask for a place first; the fee is how you hold it once the instructor confirms.
- Open Calendar, find the clinic or workshop and open it. The fee is shown with the details, and the button on the Registration card shows the amount.
- Sign in if you are asked, then choose Register. You land on a receipt that says your request has been submitted.
Pay by e-transfer
The receipt has an eTransfer instructions card with the amount and who to send it to.
- In your bank’s Interac e-Transfer, send that amount to the address shown.
- In the message, put your last name and the activity title exactly as it appears on the receipt, for example Nicol, Rolling Clinic. The treasurer matches payments by that message.
Lost the receipt? Open the clinic or workshop again. Under the details, Payment options repeats the e-transfer recipient.
What happens next
- The treasurer’s team matches your payment to your registration. This is done by volunteers, so allow a few days. There is nothing to press.
- Open the activity again. Next to your registration status the Registration card shows the fee and whether it is paid.
- The instructor confirms your place and the site emails you. Watch for You’re registered: a payment alone is not a seat.
Waiver and refunds
You need a current SISKA e-waiver to be confirmed; the Waiver Follow-Up card on your homepage has a Start Waiver button. If you cancel, or the clinic is cancelled, after you have paid, the refund goes on the Treasurer’s list without you asking and follows the activity’s Refund policy.
