Plan A:
Leave Amherst and head to Graham Rock marker. Head to Curteis Point on the way towards Page Passage where we can sweep by the west side of Fernie and Goudge Islands. Cross over to Fir Cone Point before crossing to the west and protected side of Pym Island. Then across Schute Passage to the Brackman Island ecological reserve. Around Kanaka Bluff to head up to Arbutus Point passing by Chads Island (which you could have purchased last year). Lunch at Arbutus Point. Head back via Moresby Passage through the Pellow Islets, across Princess Bay to regroup around Hood Island. Cross to Coal Island where we can observe if an abandoned dock is still beach bound on the north side of Coal. Around Charmer Point & along the shore to Kamal Point before crossing to Ker Island. Regroup at Byers Passage before heading across and back to Amherst. Coffee at The Roost for those who wish?
Plan B:
I am sure we can find some protected waters around Coal or Piers if the weather becomes too discouraging.
